Sue's townhome, situated on an ultra quiet property, is very new, nice, and ultra clean. It felt warm like home convenient with everything we needed for cooking, laundry, bbqing, and even a really fragrant lemon tree with lemons for some lemonade. In terms of location, you really can't beat the 5 minute walk to over 20 really good Asian, Latin, and fusion restaurants/bars on the very well known Main Street of Alhambra, as well as the beautiful neighborhood that represents the best walkable treelined streets in Alhambra/San Marino just 5 minutes northeast. The best part of it all was Sue's communication with us-- quick response time and friendliness in answering our questions and being flexible with us.
